Hi Joe,
"SERVICE, REPUTATION, EXPERIENCE" certainly describes the way you do business. Just want to say thanks for the note, great job, great service, and for keeping me informed as to when you were coming. I love my stamped driveway and the cement walk to my front door looks great. Even with the pollen changing some of it to green!
If more contractors would only learn from you and be more up front in letting their customers know when they are or are not coming, it would make dealing with them much more pleasurable. Most of the times it's a fight with phone calls not returned and interminable waiting. I have second thoughts about using them. I would recommend you and your crew any time.
If you can find the name of some snow melt that won't damage the cement and the driveway, please let me know.

To Whom It May Concern:
We just wanted to take a moment to express our happiness with our new driveway. When we bought our house a few months ago, we decided that it would be difficult to live with a driveway made of rocks. We started calling around for quotes for an asphalt driveway. Cruz was not the least expensive quote that we received. What made us hire your company is your reputation, follow-through, and communication.
My parents had paid for a shoddy driveway a few years ago, and they had to hire you to fix the other company's mistake. They were the first ones to say, "Go with Cruz, even if it's a bit more money. In the long-run, it will be worth it. Their quality is superior." The other companies from which we received quotes left the quotes in our mailbox without meeting us, and never followed-up with a phone call. When we called Cruz, Bill immediately returned our phone call and insisted on meeting with us in person. He went over the entire process- from removing rocks to laser-cutting where the driveway met the street - that would take place and even offered to move our shed so that paving could take place underneath it. He seemed so concerned that we were happy, comfortable, and knowledgeable with the entire process. Mary was very communicative throughout the process. She would give us continual updates during the few days of construction. Normally the reputation of construction companies is that you never hear from them. This was the polar opposite with Mary. Our Forman, Manny, also communicated with us and was so pleasant to work with. He saw me the morning of construct at Honey Dew, came over to my van, and told me he was on his way to my house. I really appreciated that!
Everyone in your company seemed as though they just wanted us to be happy throughout the process. That is so important in this day and age. I know we will be extremely satisfied with our new driveway for years to come. We would happily recommend Cruz Construction to anyone who asked.

JOE,
I just wanted to thank you for everything you did regarding the connection of my property to the town's sewer system. Not only did your guys do a great job, you were very helpful with details regarding the Town, DEM, and Narragansett Bay Commission requirements. I had called another company requesting a quote right before I called your office. While I was able to get an appointment with you the very next day, the other company did not return my call for over a week. I also appreciate having the project done the very next week.

Thanking you for a wonderful job and much professional service from workers, office staff and of course Joe. We have received wonderful compliments on our new driveway. I have taken some pictures of the driveway before and after the epoxy and will send them when I print them up.

Please tell Joe that he & his crew did a wonderful job. I LOVE IT! I've received many compliments from people. His crew was nice to work with, they were polite and followed through on everything they said they would do. They didn't even leave a mess!

Thanks for a fine job of laying down our driveway. The Cape Cod berm looks great and will help to keep the mulch in its place.
With the rainy weather we're having, we can appreciate how well the water is traveling across the driveway and down the side of our property.
